In today’s Gospel, we are told that the disciples, and later on people from all over, brought their problems to the attention of Jesus, and He performed many miracles of healing the sick and driving out demons. Jesus is as compassionate as He is powerful, and He knows our deepest needs. All we have to do is approach Him in prayer, and have faith that He will help set us free from whatever it is that binds us, physically and spiritually.
